An Appointment During The Corona Virus- How Does It Work?

To our valued clients,
As of February,16th 2022, we are allowing clients into the building at this time.
If you have symptoms of COVID 19 or awaiting a COVID test result, please DO NOT come to the appointment. Make arrangements to have someone else bring your pet to us.
Here is how your pet's appointment will proceed:
For prescriptions and food pickup:
We ask that all non-emergency questions, i.e. food orders and prescription refills are done online through our website or by email when possible to help keep our phone lines open.
If you currently have an appointment scheduled and have any questions, please call or email our office.
Our hours at this time remain the same.
Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday - 8:00am-2:00pm
Sunday - CLOSED
Please continue to follow the safety protocols public health has set in place and stay safe. We are working hard to be able to continue providing services for you and your fur companions!

Here is how your pet's appointment will proceed:
- All pets MUST be on a leash or in a carrier. If you do not have one, it will be provided for you. If your cat has trouble going into a carrier, call the office for other acceptable options.
- Come into the building or call the clinic upon arrival. Our phone number is (902) 883-7080.
- A staff member will great you at the front desk and check you in for your appointment
- A technician will come and escort you into a room for your exam
For prescriptions and food pickup:
- Food orders will be ready within 1-2 business days
- Prescription refill requests need to be given 24-48 hours to complete and you will be called or given a time when the medication will be ready for pickup.
- **PLEASE ALLOW 7 - 10 DAYS FOR FOOD AND MEDICATION ORDERS**
